This post brought to you by Western Union. All opinions are 100% mine.
So I was asked to let you all know about the new PrePaid card from Western Union and mun2. You know me…..I wouldn’t talk about something if I didn’t think it was cool or a great deal. I know there is a bunch of prepaid card options out there…..but this one has some great features and the fees are almost non-existent!
Let me know what you think of my allowance idea too? Would love to get your input!
The Western Union and mun2 has teamed up and made a reloadable prepaid MasterCard. This card has many great features like you can track your balance, easy to add money, it’s reliable, and the card is fee friendly.
You can track your balances on your computer, your phone, or at any of the Western Union Agent locations (there is a ton of them you know..!). This is a great way to prevent over spending. It’s easy to load money too, just put cash on it and it’s ready to use. You can also feel comfortable knowing if your card gets lost or stolen your money is safe and protected. Plus it’s so easy to manage. Best of all when you sign up for Direct Deposit there is $10 bonus offer. After your first qualified Direct Deposit is added to your card they will automatically add a bonus of $10 to your account. (SWEET….we love FREE bonuses right?)
I think this card would be great to put your kids allowances on. If they lose their cash it’s gone but with the Western Union reloadable Mastercard their money is safe and sound! Plus if, they lose their card you can just get another one. Another perk for me I don;t have to remember to run to the ATM or bank to get cash. I can just slap there allowance on the card and we are good to go.
You can shop online and in stores, buy concert tickets, movie tickets, groceries, gas, shoes, dinner dates, or even night clubs anything… you name it you can buy with this card. I love this too…..especially for the kids. I don;t know how many times the kids come to me with a wad of cash and ask me if they can give the cash to me and use my card. (iTunes you know).
So as I mentioned the card is fee friendly too! Depending on how you use it……you may have to pay nothing for it..! WOOT
You can check out the fee schedule and see what I mean.
