Target Offer FREE Shipping on All Orders
Starting November 1, 2019, Target is offering free 2-day shipping and returns. This deal is good through December 21, 2019. Personally, it bothers me to pay shipping fees.
Don’t worry, when ordering online and using your Target Red Card you will still get the 5% discount. Also, check out the new Target Circle. Target Circle is a loyalty program. You get rewards, that can be earned by Target Circle members, by making purchases with non-RedCard payment types. This deal is good does not require a promo code. Some orders will even arrive on the same day.
