UPDATE: Hey everyone, I understand that many people received an email from Snapfish that the dog leash inventory had run out and were offered a Free photo mug instead. The photo mug only has a value of $9.99 and of course the free shipping code expired the day before they sent the email.
While I can understand that a mistake was made and they took more orders than they had inventory, I can not understand why they think it was ok to offer a item of less value as a replacement. Not to mention the fact that the Free Shipping code has expired since they waited so long to send the email.
Sounds like many people have had success with the HP customer service at Snapfish either by Live chat or phone in obtaining an item of equal value and getting the Free Shipping. It is a small hassle but could be worth doing to get a gift of the same value that was promised to you.
