Sandy’s Salsa Recipe
2 cans of Hot Rotel tomatoes. You can use the mild, but we like it spicy!
2 large vine ripe ripe tomatoes
2 fresh jalapenos, seeded if you want milder salsa
2 tablespoons cumin
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 2 limes
salt to taste
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and pulse to desired consistency. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
