Just a heads up, you have to find one that has a rebate label on it. If you submit it without the rebate label you will not get rebate. It even mentions it on the form.

Hi Meaghan! ECB = Extra Care Bucks. It’s CVS cash essentially. So if you have $4.00 in ECB’s it’s like having $4 cash you can only use at CVS.
