I buy at least 4 Half gallons a week of your homemade vanilla. I received coupons for the mint icecream bars. This was a real disapointment. When you take the first bite, the rest of the chocolate coating cracks and half of it falls off. I have to stand over the sink to eat it to catch the falling chocolate. I think you need to make the coating much heavier to prevent this, maybe double coat the icecream bars. Just a thought. (The icecream taste great tho.)
