Rotel Velveeta Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
- (1) Velveeta 32 oz package Pasturized Prepared Cheese product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- (2) RoTel 10 oz cans Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
Directions:
- Combine: Velveeta and Tomatoes in 1 1/2 quart microwaveable dish, cover
- Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes stirring once during heating or just until cheese melts
- Stir and Serve with tortilla chips (assorted vegetables are great with this too!)
You could also cook up some sausage or ground beef in a pan and add that to the dip once it’s cooked up!
