Bridge Constructor by Meridian4 – PC Game Download + Giveaway

Bridge Constructor by Meridian4 , a brand new PC game,  allows kids to step into the work boots of a bridge-building engineer as they try to build different bridges across an array of challenging valleys, canyons, city streets and raging rivers. Sounds pretty cool right? (that’s because it is LOL)

This is a great game that is fun and educational (have to love that as a parent) that gets those imagination juices flowing, while still being loads of fun.  Children will have a blast as they develop their problem-solving skills to build sturdy bridges; and parents will love it, as it stimulates kids’ natural curiosity and imagination, without the cleanup!

Here are some of the features of the game from Meridian4:

  • Complex statics and physics simulation
  • Realistic features of the material create authenticity
  • Player gets rewarded by successful passing of their own creations
  • Unique Facebook integration
  • Clear tutorial allows simple introduction to the game

To put this Bridge Constructor game to a really good challenge, I thought I would let my 13 year old son do this review and give his thoughts….who better to do the review right?

Here is his thoughts:

This bridge building simulator game  is good for kids  ages 10 to 14 in my opinion. The whole idea of the game is to build a bridge using a limited amount of wood and the other supplies.  You unlock your supplies after completing levels. The trick is two cars must be able to cross the bridge without it collapsing and you can get bonus points if  you can get two trucks to pass.

It’s a very challenging game but easy to learn how to play. What I love about this game is the graphics they are so amazing and the water actually looks realistic. I love a game with good graphics it makes you feel like you’re actually in the game. It’s a great game for young architects and kids that like to build things. I think that’s why I like it so much. You can even post your score on Facebook and compete with your friends.

So if your kid likes to build things and they love computer games like I do,  this is the game to get them. Or if they are interested in design and architecture. I mean I’m 13 and I love to build and design things  so this game is perfect for me. The best part of it all is it’s only $9.99.

The only negative thing… this game is only for PC and can’t be played on a Mac.
