It’s a good thing I have these Bloomingdale’s promo codes since there is not a location in my area. I think Mrs. Coupon Dad would go through withdrawals if she could not shop at Bloomingdale’s. So shopping online is a wonderful option for us. However, anytime we are in an area that has a Bloomingdale’s location, we have to stop so she can get her fix!

Why We Love Bloomingdale’s
When you think of department stores, you have to think of Bloomingdale’s. In the late 1800’s most retailers specialized in just one type of garment. But not for brothers Joseph and Lyman Bloomingdale. Their East Side Bazaar, in New York City, opened in 1872 and sold a wide variety of European fashions. It was the beginning of what would become a “Department Store”. You gotta give snaps to a company that has been in business since the 1860’s!!!
We became quite familiar, or shall I say, Mrs. Coupon Dad became quite familiar with Bloomingdale’s when we lived in Minnesota. At the time, Bloomingdale’s was in the Mall of America and we couldn’t go into the mall without coming out with a “Little Brown Bag”. Bloomingdale’s is “not a store but a destination”.
