Free Mascara with the October 2009 issue of Seventeen Magazine!
Seventeen Magazine and Ulta Beauty Stores are giving away free Mascara with the October issue.
The FREE mascara is from Benefit and their “Bad Gal” line and is their Blue color! 
All you have to do is starting on September 15th is take the cover of the October issue of Seventeen magazine or a screen print of the home page of Seventeen.com to your local Ulta store!
They will give you a free sample (While supplies last) of the Benefit Bad Gal Blue mascara which has a retail value of $19! What a great deal, I know my teenager will love this!
The promotion ends on October 19th or until supplies are out at your store. These will go very quick so I wouldn’t wait and go right away on September 15th.

Alert for Possible Upcoming Freebie in Seventeen Magazine – September 2009 Issue!
It is being said that in the September 2009 issue of Seventeen Magazine that there will be instructions for a Free Tank Top from JC Penney’s.The offer is supposed to be on page 16.
Here is the instructions though! The promotion hasn’t started so this does not work yet. The consensus is that it will be early August before it is working. These will go quick though so I’m going to try everyday to see if it is up!
