I’ve used the Pingo calling card service before. It’s a great, very easy and cheap way to make International or long distance calls. You simply dial a local toll free number, enter your pin and then the number you want to call. The call is sent over a VOIP network so it is clear and reliable. The rates vary by country but generally are cheaper than paying for long distance or International charges. Also the only fee is a $.98 monthly maintenance fee and you have the added assurance that you are dealing with a solid, very large company.
One of the coolest features it has the EZ Dial application for your smartphones (works on over 450 models the website says). You can download the application, enter your Pingo account info (only once) and then just dial. It takes care of the rest. You don’t even need a data package!
