    I signed up and got the Coupon Dad EPP program deal and I used the coupon code SWEETINK20 and got the additional discount of 20% online … I didn’t have to call anyone.

    The coupon code is SWEETINK20.  It was a very long process to talk to the customer service person.  I suggest in the future that you just share the code.

    Hi Bert, sorry you had an issue. Guessing you got someone who didn’t read the memo. If you don’t mind trying again……either the different one you get will know….or if not tell them to talk to Jennifer Allegrezza or to ask their supervisor.
    Most people are having no issue at all though so guessing you just got the wrong person on the phone.

    I called and I contacted them through the chat and I was told I couldn’t get the the extra 20 percent. This is what they say “Here at HP, we have a different promotions. We randomly send coupon codes to our customer. I am really sorry” I followed your direction but I still nothing. Any ideas?

    Hi..!

    When you log in do you see a yellow tag next to the items? If so the price is discounted with my discount. If you don’t see the yellow tag try logging out and then signing back in.

    To get the 20% you have to call in and have them manually add it :)

    Only takes a second though….you are calling HP directly….they are great. There is some codes out there I think though you can use instead but they are $10 off $50 I think….so the 20% can get you a better deal.
