Hi Kim! No it seems like it is still working. I just went and tested it out. It has to be Juniors clothing and the item has to be $10 or over so $9.99 doesn’t work.
The easiest way to know if it is Juniors is to use the search at the top and enter juniors, than it shows all items that should work.
