Mr. Rebates is a cashback shopping portal offering over 1500 name-brand stores plus thousands of money-saving coupons including Dell coupons, Staples coupons, Walmart coupons and many more. Registration is free and you also get a $5 bonus to start your account.
Mr. Rebates is a must for anyone who does online shopping (or for those that don’t you should start)! Where else can you earn 1% to 30% cash back on your purchases.
To earn this money all you have to do is start by going to Mr. Rebates and find the store you are looking to shop at. With over 1,500 stores participating you are sure to find most all your needs. Seem to good to be true? Read the Mr. Rebates About Us page for the explanation on how this works!
You simply click on the link that takes you to the store. This is important because that’s how they know you are a Mr. Rebates shopper and can give you credit for your cash back. Make sure before you click the link though that you check out any coupons that may be available. Mr. Rebates conveniently list those below the retailer on their page. This is a great added bonus because you can use these coupons on top of the cash back rebate!
The rebates will take up to 90 days to credit to your account so the purchases can be verified and to makes sure there are no returns. Then to cash out all you have to do is have a minimum of $10.00 in your account and request a check. Simple as that!
Mr. Rebates has a strict privacy policy and never shares your information with any third party marketers or agencies.

Customized girl is one of my favorites.
I went to the Mr. Rebates site and I was amazed by the sheer number of all the stores and the quality of the retailers. My fave would have to be Walmart, of course. I love Walmart.com as well as the brick and mortar. The site-to-store is awesome. If I don’t have a price comparison, I head to Walmart, confident that they have the best bargain. The service is good. Stores are clean. I love that it’s one-stop, groceries and apparel, etc. all in the same place. Well-run, check out is always fast and accurate.
A close second for my fave is Amazon. Not only do I love to buy things at Amazon – there delivery, packaging, quality, dependability is superior – but I also use it as a research tool when I would like public opinions of a product. Their “lists” are a valuable tool. I registered there when I adopted my daughter with my favorite book selections.

Interesting, of the myriad of cashback sites, I’ve not heard of Mr. Rebates. I won’t list the 3-4 others that I use here, but I did notice a few stores that Mr. Rebate has that the other ones do not, which is cool. Currently, I would use them for a few sites, my favorite probably being Target (as long as Target thru amazon works – since it gives you a Target receipt). I’ll do some experimenting to find out. Thanks for the contest!
