Alert for Possible Upcoming Freebie in Seventeen Magazine – September 2009 Issue!
It is being said that in the September 2009 issue of Seventeen Magazine that there will be instructions for a Free Tank Top from JC Penney’s.The offer is supposed to be on page 16.
Here is the instructions though! The promotion hasn’t started so this does not work yet. The consensus is that it will be early August before it is working. These will go quick though so I’m going to try everyday to see if it is up!

It says “Due to the overwhelming popularity of this offer, all free tanks have been claimed. Thanks for checking us out. ” Already?! I just got the magazine in the mail today! So anyone can get it even without buying?? And the actual subscribers don’t get a chance for one? I just don’t see the logic.
These did go super fast, the site actually went live on Tuesday because A LOT of subscribers got their magazine on Monday and Tuesday. I have to watch for these type things online myself or by time I get the magazine later in the week everything is always gone
I tried doing this because I received the magazine today but it wouldn’t work! I know they’re not sold out already.
HI Natalie! They are saying early part of August for this to kick in. I guess closer to when it hits the new stands.
