Peanut Butter Cuppers
1 (17 oz.) pkg. peanut butter cookie mix (like Betty Crocker)
24 Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Mix cookie dough according to pkg. directions.
Preheat oven to 25 degrees LESS than the pkg. states.
Remove wrappers and papers from candies.
Make dough into balls about the size of walnuts.
Place each ball of dough into a mini-muffin tin (sprayed with cooking spray), molding the dough
up the sides of the pan to form a cup.
Bake for 9-11 min. Remove from oven and immediately place a Reese's mini in the center, pressing it down
gently.
Cool completely in pan.
Makes 2 dozen.
