Orange Spice Celebration Cake

1 box spice cake mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
4 eggs
3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
2 tsp rum extract
2 tbs grated orange zest
Heat oven to 350 degrees. 10 cup bundt pan coated with cooking spray
or oiled.
Beat first 6 ingredients 30 seconds to combine. Beat 2 min. more.
Stir in zest.
Pour batter into pan, bake 50 min. or until done. Cool in pan 10 min.
turn out
to cool completely.
JUST BEFORE SERVING: Sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with
orange zest
curls and cranberries. MAKES 16 SERVINGS.*
